Your Daily Tasks as an Electrician Helper

In your daily activities, you’ll assist our electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial buildings. A typical day may include pulling wires through conduits and raceways, mounting electrical boxes, and assisting with panel wiring. You will also be expected to perform basic troubleshooting tasks to ensure all wiring is completed according to the National Electrical Code (NEC).

In addition to these tasks, you’ll be responsible for organizing tools and materials, which is crucial for maintaining efficient job site operations. You’ll follow safety protocols meticulously to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Supporting licensed electricians in various projects will also be a key part of your role. Moreover, you’ll help with the installation of lighting fixtures and switches and assist in testing electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety.

What You Need to Be an Electrician Helper

Compensation
