Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. You should have a CA ET Card handy and some basic math skills. While no previous experience is required, mechanical aptitude is a big plus. You’ll need reliable transportation and your own set of basic hand tools. The role involves some physical work like climbing ladders, working in attics and crawl spaces, and lifting materials over 50 lbs. You’ll work full-time while attending apprenticeship classes, and during busy times, some weekend work might be needed. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with rough-in wiring
• Install boxes and panels
• Pull wire through new construction
• Drill holes and mount devices
• Learn proper wiring techniques
