We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Fire Alarm Project Manager to join our team in Oxnard, CA. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fire alarm projects, particularly in healthcare settings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Essential Functions

  • Project Management: Lead and manage fire alarm installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize Fire Alarm Installation Tools and Fire Alarm Design Software to develop and implement effective fire alarm systems tailored to commercial environments.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects meet the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, specifically NFPA 1042 and NFPA 70, and adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and address any project concerns.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of installation teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and compliance records.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of electrical experience, particularly in fire alarm system installation and project management.
  • Licensing: Valid electrical license for the state of California.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using Fire Alarm Installation Tools and Fire Alarm Design Software.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and working in various environmental conditions.
  • Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to fire alarm systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Fire Alarm Software is highly desirable.
  • Commercial Experience: Previous experience managing fire alarm projects in commercial settings is preferred.

Location & Schedule

  • Primary Location: Oxnard, CA
  • Neighboring Cities: The role may require occasional travel to nearby cities such as Camarillo, Ventura, Port Hueneme, and Thousand Oaks, CA.
  • Schedule: This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility to meet project demands and deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $46.20 - $56.55 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
