Key Responsibilities

• Install voice and data cabling systems in commercial settings.
• Terminate jacks and panels efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct testing of connections using Fluke testing equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain organized cable management and adhere to labeling conventions.
• Document installations comprehensively, ensuring proper documentation is maintained for all projects.

Required Qualifications

• BICSI Installer 1 certification preferred.
• OSHA-10 certification required.
• 1-5 years of experience in voice/data work within a commercial setting.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling standards, termination techniques, and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with TIA/EIA standards and cable management practices.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with cable installation and proper documentation practices.
