Core Audio Visual Technician Responsibilities

Deliver Excellence in Audio-Visual Installations

• System Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and test comprehensive audio-visual systems, including projectors, displays, speakers, and microphones, tailored for corporate and commercial environments.
• Cable Management: Route, terminate, and label low-voltage cables, ensuring secure, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing installations.
• Equipment Installation: Mount and align AV equipment such as wall displays and ceiling speakers, following precise site plans and industry standards.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Perform system diagnostics and calibration to optimize audio and video quality, ensuring flawless performance.
• Advanced Technical Duties: Implement advanced AV control systems, perform network integration tasks for AV over IP, and conduct acoustic analysis for optimized sound distribution.

Required Experience & Skills

• Essential Certifications: Possession of CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) and/or CEDIA certification is preferred.
