This role offers flexible hours and requires short-distance travel (within 30 miles of home base) to suit the varied needs of our elite clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4-6 technicians to ensure quality installations and maintenance of AV systems.
• Design and implement AV solutions tailored for corporate environments, ensuring seamless integration with client systems.
• Manage the installation and configuration of video walls, sound reinforcement, control systems, and digital signal processors.
• Liaise with clients to understand and fulfill project requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical support during installations and maintenance visits.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in audio visual installations and maintenance within corporate environments.
• CTS-I and Extron Certified.
• Proficiency in using and configuring video walls, sound reinforcement, control systems, and digital signal processors.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for local travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Biamp Certified.
• Additional CTS-I certification is considered a plus.
• Experience working in the Nashville market with knowledge of local corporate sectors.
