Telco Data is seeking a dedicated Security Tech to join our Indianapolis, IN team, providing top-notch security solutions to a dynamic range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, innovative tech startups, and leading financial institutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to implement and maintain cutting-edge security systems that safeguard our clients’ assets and data. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IP Camera Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure the integrity and reliability of systems.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for security infrastructure.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design customized security solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of security protocols and systems.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support rotation as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in security technology installations and maintenance.
• Proficient in the use of IP Camera Systems, Intrusion Detection, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.
• Ability to travel within a 30-mile radius of our Indianapolis headquarters.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASIS PSP and Security+ certifications are highly desired.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
