Industrial Junior Project Manager Role

The Industrial Junior Project Manager at TEC Electric plays a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of industrial projects. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their project management skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Junior Project Manager will assist in coordinating various aspects of project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Essential Functions

• Assist in the planning and execution of industrial electrical projects.
• Support project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
• Assist in the management of project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations.

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in the electrical field.
• Valid electrical license for Florida.
• Proficiency in design software and estimating tools.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• CAPM certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience with code analysis.
• Previous experience working on industrial projects.

Location & Schedule

• Primary Location: Miami, FL
• Nearby cities: Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Hialeah, Hollywood, and Fort Lauderdale.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as projects demand.
