Responsibilities
Key Duties
- Install and maintain commercial electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, lighting fixtures, and power circuits.
- Accurately measure, cut, and bend conduit (EMT, rigid) for system installations.
- Perform wire pulling, labeling, and termination, ensuring neat and secure connections.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools like multimeters and ensure circuits meet NEC code requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other trades to plan and execute electrical installations within construction schedules.
- Supervise apprentices and provide guidance on proper techniques and safety practices.
- Maintain organized and clean job sites, adhering to all safety and operational standards.
