CCTV Fire Alarm Project Manager Role

As a CCTV Fire Alarm Project Manager at Staley Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing security projects from conception to completion. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong technical background and excellent organizational skills to oversee complex installations in various environments.

Essential Functions

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of security project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technicians and subcontractors, promoting a culture of excellence and safety. Foster strong team dynamics and collaboration.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and open lines of communication. Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns promptly.
• Technical Oversight: Utilize your expertise in fire alarm systems and CCTV installations to guide technical aspects of projects. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and tests to verify the functionality and reliability of installed systems. Ensure adherence to company and client quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress, changes, and compliance documentation. Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Certifications Required

• NFPA 1042: Certification in fire alarm systems installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance.
• NFPA 70: Certification in electrical safety and compliance.

Experience Required

• Proficient with Fire Alarm Testing Equipment, Fire Alarm Software, and Fire Alarm Design Software.
• Experience managing projects in various settings, including Corporate Offices, Government Facilities, and Healthcare Centers.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of electrical experience in the security industry.
• License: Valid electrical license for the state of California.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Fire Alarm Testing Equipment and Fire Alarm Software.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and meet the physical demands of the job.
• Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to electrical and fire alarm systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Fire Alarm Design Software.
• Previous experience managing security projects, particularly within fire alarm and CCTV installations.

Location & Schedule

• Primary Location: Huntington Beach, CA.
• Neighboring Cities: Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Westminster, Seal Beach, Newport Beach, and Long Beach.
• Schedule: Full-time position with flexibility for occasional off-hours work to meet project demands.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $47.32 - $56.95 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
