Overview of the Role

The Project Management Security Alarm Project Manager at Safe and Sound plays a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of security alarm projects. This position demands a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Essential Functions

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver security alarm projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize project management software and estimating tools to plan, track, and report on project progress.
• Conduct code analysis to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee project phases, including new construction, tenant improvements, and renovations, adapting strategies as necessary.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of electrical experience, preferably in security systems.
• Valid electrical license for California.
• Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including site visits and inspections.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with code analysis and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in managing security alarm projects or similar project management roles.

• Neighboring cities include Newark, Union City, Milpitas, and Hayward.
• Schedule: Full-time, with the ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet project demands.
