As a Custom Home Apprentice Electrician, you will be an integral part of our residential team. You will work closely with experienced electricians to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. This role is designed for those who are passionate about developing their skills in the electrical trade, particularly within the custom home sector. Essential Functions

• Assist in the installation of electrical systems for custom homes, multi-family units, and remodeling projects.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams under the guidance of a journeyman electrician.
• Work with power tools and basic test equipment to perform electrical tasks safely and efficiently.
• Assist in bending conduit and pulling wire to meet project specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of electrical experience, preferably in a residential environment.
• Valid electrical license for California.
• California Electrical Training (ET) Card.
• Experience using power tools and basic test equipment.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety practices and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Experience with conduit bending and wire pulling.
• Previous experience working on residential projects, especially custom homes.

Location & Schedule

• Primary location: Fremont, CA.
• Nearby cities include Newark, Union City, Hayward, Milpitas, and Pleasanton.
• Schedule: Full-time position with standard working hours Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
