Qualifications for Journeyman Electrician

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
• Valid California Journeyman Certification from the Department of Industrial Relations.
• Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and renewable energy codes.

Responsibilities for Journeyman Electrician

• Install and maintain solar panels, inverters, and high-voltage DC systems for commercial properties.
• Route and install conduit and wiring for DC and AC systems.
• Perform testing and commissioning for solar arrays, ensuring optimal energy output.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement energy-efficient solutions.
• Supervise apprentices, promoting adherence to safety standards.
