Qualifications for Voice and Data Installer

• Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years as a Voice and Data Installer.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and network hardware.
• Problem-Solving: Proficient in using cable testing tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Work Environment: Ability to thrive in active construction sites while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities for Voice and Data Installer

• Cabling Installation: Install and terminate CAT5e, CAT6, and fiber optics cabling systems.
• Network Hardware: Mount and configure network equipment, including patch panels and switches.
• System Testing: Perform cable testing, certification, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Infrastructure Design: Create cable pathways using raceways, conduits, and trays in compliance with safety codes.
