Apprentice Electrician at Prime Partners

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team in Burbank, CA. The Apprentice Electrician will work under the supervision of our licensed Electricians and assist them in their duties while learning the trade. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a long-term career in the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems including wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting.

2. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by adhering to all safety procedures, rules, and regulations.

3. Using a range of tools and equipment to carry out job tasks.

4. Identifying electrical problems with a variety of testing devices.

5. Repairing or replacing wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand or power tools.

6. Following state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code.

7. Assisting in training other employees and apprentices.

8. Completing all tasks given by supervising electrician to a high standard.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Completion of an electrician program at a vocational school or community college is preferred.

3. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.

4. Ability to use electrical and hand tools effectively.

5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

6. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

7. Willingness to learn, show initiative, and maintain a positive attitude.

8. Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs.

9. Good physical condition and endurance.

10. Ability to work in various weather and environmental conditions.

Requirements:

1. Must be at least 18 years old.

2. Must have a valid driver’s license.

3. Must pass a background check and drug test.

4. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.

5. Must be able to follow safety procedures and have a safety-first mindset.
