- Respond promptly to commercial service calls for electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Perform detailed diagnostics on lighting systems, breakers, and control circuits.
- Execute small-scale installations, including circuit additions and lighting retrofits.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding repair timelines and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate documentation including service logs and work orders.
- Adhere to NEC standards and company quality expectations, often working independently.
