Apprentice Electrician at Prime Partners

We are seeking a highly motivated Apprentice Electrician who is eager to learn the electrical trade. The Apprentice Electrician will work under the supervision of our experienced Electricians to learn, develop skills, and get hands-on experience in electrical work. The successful candidate should possess a keen interest in electrical systems and be prepared to learn and grow in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting and learning from Electricians in installing and maintaining electrical systems.

2. Analyzing blueprints to understand the layout of electrical systems.

3. Conducting electrical maintenance and repair under the supervision of a licensed Electrician.

4. Assisting in the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.

5. Maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements and also through reporting violations.

6. Transporting electrical tools, equipment, and supplies to the worksite.

7. Gaining extensive knowledge about electrical code regulations.

8. Learning to use various electrical tools and equipment properly.

9. Participating in ongoing education and training sessions.

10. Providing exceptional customer service and answering any customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

3. Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, equipment, and safety procedures.

4. Ability to follow instructions and learn new concepts quickly.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Good physical condition and physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.

7. Must have a valid driver’s license.

8. Must be willing to work in various weather conditions.

9. Must be able to lift and move heavy objects.

Requirements:

1. Must be enrolled in an electrical apprenticeship program.

2. Willingness to continue education in the electrical field.

3. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from superiors.

4. Must be able to work overtime and weekends when needed.

5. Must pass a drug test, driving test, and background check.
