Qualifications for Commercial Journeyman
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Commercial Journeyman
- Certified Commercial Journeyman Electrician with expertise in conduit bending, transformer installation, and high-voltage wiring
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Responsibilities for Commercial Journeyman
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial environments, ensuring compliance with state and local codes
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot system failures
- Collaborate with project teams on large-scale installations and renovations
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain detailed service records
