- Experience with system monitoring tools, access control, and incident management
- Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Understanding of infrastructure components, including cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
Responsibilities for IT Technical Analyst
- Provide technical analysis and support for infrastructure, systems, and compliance initiatives
