• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and labor costs; proficiency in estimating software like Accubid, McCormick, or Bluebeam.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze project documentation and provide precise bids; excellent attention to detail and capacity to meet tight deadlines.

• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical systems in new commercial construction projects.
• Project Analysis: Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to assess labor, material, and equipment costs.
