Qualifications for Electrical Estimator
- 3+ Years Experience: Proven track record in electrical estimating for commercial construction.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Accubid, McCormick, or Bluebeam.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate project documents and provide precise estimates.
Responsibilities for Electrical Estimator
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed estimates for electrical systems in new commercial constructions.
- Project Analysis: Examine project plans and specifications to determine all cost factors.
- Value Engineering: Identify opportunities to optimize project costs while maintaining quality.
- Collaboration: Work with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather data and ensure accurate estimates.
