We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers.
• Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices.
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
• Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code.
• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Valid state journeyman electrician license.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a journeyman electrician.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local codes.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to travel to surrounding cities including Irvine, Tustin, Orange, and Costa Mesa.
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
