We are seeking a skilled Fire Protection Security Alarm Project Manager to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. This role will primarily focus on managing fire alarm projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and fire protection technology.
Essential Functions
- Project Management: Lead and manage fire alarm projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Design and Analysis: Utilize design software and code analysis tools to develop project plans and ensure adherence to relevant codes and standards.
- Budgeting and Estimating: Use estimating tools to prepare accurate project budgets and forecasts.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and clients, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns that may arise during project execution.
Required Certifications

- Schedule: Full-time position, with occasional evening and weekend work as required to meet project deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $40.40 - $47.36 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
