Healthcare Apprentice Electrician Role

As a Healthcare Apprentice Electrician at TEC Electric, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team on various commercial projects, particularly within healthcare facilities. You will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and functionality.

Essential Functions

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial projects, including office buildings, retail centers, hospitals, and schools.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely.
• Support tasks involving conduit bending and installation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with a team to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of electrical experience.
• Valid California ET Card.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing, and manual dexterity.
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety procedures and protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Experience with conduit bending.
• Previous experience working on commercial projects is a plus.

Location & Schedule

• Primary location: Santa Ana, CA.
• Neighboring cities: Costa Mesa, Irvine, Tustin, Garden Grove, Orange.
• Schedule: Full-time position with standard working hours.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $24.25-$30.32 per hour, commensurate with experience.
