Job Description: Prime Partners is currently seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, modifying, and repairing all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment. This role is detailed-oriented and requires team collaboration, a positive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
2. Perform general electrical maintenance.
3. Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
4. Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
5. Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
6. Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
7. Read blueprints or technical diagrams.
8. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
9. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
2. Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems.
3. Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints.
4. Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
5. Certificate in vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician.
6. Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Arizona.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
9. Diploma in relevant vocational training or a high school diploma.
10. Travel to surrounding cities (Glendale, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Peoria) when required.
