Job Description:

Prime Partners is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Glendale, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and residential environments. This includes various types of wiring, electrical panels, and lighting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
2. Perform general electrical maintenance.
3. Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
4. Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
5. Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
6. Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
7. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections.
8. Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment.
9. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
2. Completion of electrician apprenticeship.
3. Experience working with electrical systems and power distribution.
4. Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.
5. Solid knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
6. Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills.
8. Good physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
9. A valid driver’s license.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Journeyman Electrician license.
3. Ability to travel to various job sites in Glendale and surrounding cities.
4. Ability to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
5. Strong understanding of the electrical codes and safety measures.
6. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
