Job Description: Prime Partners is looking for a skilled Fire Alarm Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems in new and existing commercial properties, specializing in office buildings and hospitals. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure the safety and compliance of these systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of fire alarm systems in both new construction projects and existing buildings.
• Perform regular testing and inspections to ensure fire alarm systems are in good working order.
• Troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during installations and repairs.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced technicians.
• Prepare service reports, recording details of each job.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions clients might have about their fire alarm systems.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in fire alarm system technology and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fire Alarm Technician.
• Knowledge of various fire alarm systems, including those used in office buildings and hospitals.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a reliable mode of transportation.
• Able to work in Phoenix, AZ, and surrounding cities.

Tools and Equipment Knowledge:

• Familiarity with fire alarm system tools and equipment, including multimeters, hand tools, and testing devices.

Safety Requirements:

• Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Knowledge of local, state, and national fire safety codes and regulations.
