Qualifications for Alarm Installer

• 0-2 years of experience as an Alarm Installer
• Basic knowledge of low-voltage wiring and tools
• Ability to follow installation instructions and safety guidelines
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift equipment and work on ladders

Responsibilities for Alarm Installer

• Assist in the installation of fire alarm systems by pulling and terminating low-voltage wiring
• Mount devices such as smoke detectors, pull stations, and notification appliances according to detailed layout plans
• Perform system labeling, basic testing, and adjustments under supervision
• Prepare materials and tools for daily tasks while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with senior installers to meet project schedules and maintain compliance with fire safety codes
