Security Technician at IES Electric

At IES Electric, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Security Systems Technician to join our team in Detroit, MI. Required Experience

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Security Technician
• Expertise in access control systems, video surveillance, and intrusion detection
• Extensive experience with Genetec, Lenel, AMAG platforms
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, system programming, and client training
• The necessary certifications and licenses, including ESA/NTS certification, OSHA-10, and a low voltage license

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Location

This position is based in Detroit, MI. However, we also welcome applicants from neighboring cities such as Windsor, Dearborn, and Warren.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range from $26.31 to $34.79 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
