AV Technician at Crosby Electric

Crosby Electric is seeking an Audio Visual Technician for our Detroit, MI location. The successful candidate will be an expert in audiovisual system installation, configuration, and programming. Experience with Crestron, Extron, QSC platforms is a must. This role requires a CTS certification, a low voltage license, and an in-depth understanding of digital audio/video, control systems, and user training.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an AV Technician.
• Experience with audiovisual system installation, configuration, and programming.
• Solid understanding of Crestron, Extron, and QSC platforms.
• Must have a CTS certification and a low voltage license.
• Essential knowledge of digital audio/video, control systems, and user training.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.

Location

• The position is located in Detroit, MI, and may also serve the surrounding neighboring cities such as Dearborn, Warren, Sterling Heights, Ann Arbor, and Livonia.

Salary and Benefits

• The salary range for this position is $26.36-$34.11 per hour.
