Essential Functions

  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components for large-scale industrial projects.
  • Work collaboratively under the guidance of journeyman electricians to ensure project specifications are met with precision.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as conduit bending and wire installation.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in the setup and operation of electrical systems in manufacturing plants, data centers, and processing facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of electrical experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industrial sector.
  • Valid electrical license for the state of California is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for various electrical tasks.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • California ET Card certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience with conduit bending techniques.
  • Previous exposure to industrial project environments is a plus.

Location & Schedule

  • Primary location: Fresno, CA.
  • Proximity to the following neighboring cities: Clovis, Madera, Selma, Sanger, and Reedley.
  • Schedule: Full-time position with the expectation of occasional overtime based on project needs.

  • Competitive pay range: $24.39-$31.28 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
