Job Title: Solar Panel Installer Company: Greenskies Solar Location: Las Vegas, NV

Job Description: Greenskies Solar, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, is seeking a Solar Panel Installer for our expanding operations in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing state-of-the-art solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on new construction projects and various solar farms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar PV systems in accordance with codes and standards under the supervision of a Lead Installer.
• Assemble, install, or maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics.
• Layout and assemble solar modules, panels, or support structures, as specified.
• Apply weather sealing to array, building, or structure.
• Assess and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on solar panels and systems.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to plan layout and installation of solar modules and necessary equipment.
• Ensure all installation work is done according to plans and standards, while maintaining safety at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in solar installation, construction, or related field
• Knowledge of roofing techniques is a plus
• Must be comfortable working with various hand and power tools
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment, up to 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable working at heights, including on rooftops

Nice-to-Have Certifications:

• NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification
• OSHA 10 safety certification

Safety Requirements:

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures at all times
• Use of protective equipment and clothing is required
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to solar installation
