Industrial Electrician at Data Net Communications

Data Net Communications is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Manufacturing Electrician to join our dynamic team in Santa Rosa, CA. As a key player in our manufacturing operations, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our automated systems. Santa Rosa is conveniently located near Rohnert Park, Petaluma, and Windsor, offering a vibrant community and an excellent quality of life. Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in automated manufacturing systems and industrial controls.
• Proven experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and Siemens drives.
• Proficiency in robotic systems and predictive maintenance.
• Strong background in 480V 3-phase power and motor controls.
• Ability to read and interpret ladder logic diagrams.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Must hold a Journeyman License and OSHA-30 certification.
• Arc Flash and forklift certifications required.
• 5+ years of experience required for Journeyman work in an industrial setting.
• Proven technical troubleshooting skills and ability to perform autonomous troubleshooting of complex systems.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to respond to emergency calls efficiently.
• Position involves rotating shifts to support our 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair automated manufacturing equipment and industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Implement equipment upgrades and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct predictive maintenance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
