Industrial Electrician at Crosby Electric

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Apprentice Electrician to join our team at Crosby Electric. This role requires an understanding of 3-phase power, motor controls, PLC basics, and conduit installation. As an Industrial Apprentice Electrician, you will be expected to have experience with hand/power tools, digital multimeters, meggars, and be well-versed in industrial safety protocols, blueprint reading, and basic troubleshooting. This position is based in Boston, MA and may also cover neighboring cities including Cambridge, Quincy, and Newton.

Required Experience

• Must have 1-3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician.
• Must have an Electrical Apprentice License.
• Must possess OSHA-30, Arc Flash, First Aid/CPR certifications.
• Must be proficient with hand/power tools, digital multimeters, meggars.
• Understanding of 3-phase power, motor controls, PLC basics, and conduit installation.
• Knowledge of industrial safety protocols, blueprint reading, and basic troubleshooting is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role in an industrial setting.
• Additional certifications related to electrical work.
• Experience working in a team and independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

Pay and Benefits

• The salary range for this position is $23.55-$32.06 per hour.
