AV Technician at AVI SPL
Position Overview
As an AV Technician at AVI SPL in Chandler, AZ, you will be a key member of our regional team, providing exceptional audiovisual services to our healthcare clients. You will use your specialized skills in sound reinforcement, control systems, video walls, and digital signal processors to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on safety, this is a first shift role (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) requiring travel within a 100-mile radius.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain AV equipment including sound reinforcement, control systems, video walls, and digital signal processors
- Provide on-site technical support to healthcare clients within a 100 mile radius
- Collaborate with a regional team of 10+ professionals to implement AV solutions
- Attend regular safety trainings and promote a culture of safety within the team
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is safe and operational
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an AV Technician role or similar
- Biamp Certification and Crestron Certification
- Proficiency in using sound reinforcement, digital signal processors, control systems, and video walls
- Excellent customer service skills, with a particular focus on meeting the needs of healthcare clients
- Able to travel within a 100-mile radius
- Commitment to safety and professional development
Preferred Qualifications
- CTS-I Certification
- Extron Certification
- Experience in a healthcare environment
