Position Overview: Access Control Junior Project Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Access Control Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Chandler, AZ. This role is pivotal in supporting our security projects by coordinating and managing the installation and maintenance of access control systems. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of electrical systems, project management, and a passion for security solutions.

Essential Functions

• Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of security projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with senior project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Utilize Design Software and Code Analysis to support project design and implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and report on performance to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access control systems.

Required Certifications: IPMA (International Project Management Association), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)

Experience with: Design Software, Code Analysis, Project Management Software

Typical Projects: Corporate Offices, Government Facilities, Healthcare Centers

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of electrical experience.
• Valid electrical license for AZ.
• Proficiency in Design Software and Code Analysis.
• Ability to meet physical requirements such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Project Management Software.
• Experience in security projects is highly desirable.

• Primary Location: Chandler, AZ
• Neighboring cities include: Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, and Phoenix.
• Schedule: Full-time

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $23.94 - $32.19 per hour
