Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid CA ET Card
• Basic math skills are a must
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs
• A willingness to learn and grow in the field
• Reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools
• 0-1 years of experience in a residential setting

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with rough-in wiring
• Install boxes and panels
• Pull wire through new construction sites
• Drill holes and mount devices
• Learn and apply proper wiring techniques
• Work directly under journeyman electricians to grasp essential installation methods and safety protocols
