Essential Duties

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of industrial electrical systems.
• Learn to work with high-voltage equipment and machinery.
• Support team with material preparation and organization.
• Help install and troubleshoot motor controls, PLCs, and automation systems.
• Observe and practice interpreting technical diagrams and schematics.
• Assist with conduit bending, wiring, and panel assembly.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Document learning progress and daily tasks.
• Attend required training and apprenticeship classes.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols.
• Participate in system testing and inspections.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors on project tasks.

Experience Needed

• 0-3 years of electrical experience.
• Relevant licenses as required.
