Junior Project Manager at TEC Electric

As an Industrial Junior Project Manager at TEC Electric, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful execution of our industrial projects. You will work closely with senior project managers, engineers, and various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Essential Functions

• Assist in planning, executing, and closing industrial projects while ensuring compliance with TEC Electric’s standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Utilize project management software to monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key performance indicators.
• Support the estimation process by gathering necessary data and assisting in the preparation of cost estimates.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure that project designs align with client requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, assess safety compliance, and address any issues that may arise.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations.

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of electrical experience, with a valid electrical license for Colorado.
• Proficiency in using project management software and estimating tools to support project activities.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, which may include lifting, standing, and working in various environmental conditions.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures within an industrial setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of an IPMA certification is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with design software and its application in industrial projects.
• Previous experience working on industrial projects, providing a solid foundation for managing complex tasks.

Location & Schedule

• The primary location for this position is Aurora, CO. Neighboring cities include Denver, Centennial, Greenwood Village, and Englewood, providing a vibrant and accessible work environment.
• This is a full-time position, requiring a commitment to both office and on-site work as project needs dictate.

Compensation & Benefits

• The hourly pay range for this position is $24.51-$32.07, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
