The Security Systems Tech at Teleco will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining advanced security systems for educational institutions in Cincinnati, OH, and the surrounding areas. This position requires a detail-oriented professional responsible for ensuring the safety and security of school environments through expert installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security systems.

Essential Functions for Security Systems Tech

• Install, configure, and maintain security systems including access control and CCTV systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security system performance.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to design and implement tailored security solutions.
• Document all installations, inspections, maintenance, and repair work.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications for Security Systems Tech at Teleco

• 2-5 years of experience in security systems installation and maintenance.
• Required certification: BICSI Technician.
• Proficiency with security systems such as AMAG Symmetry and Lenel OnGuard.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting equipment and working in various environmental conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certification: Axis Certification.
• Experience with Genetec Security Center.
• Specialized experience in security systems for educational institutions.

• Pay range: $30.86-$35.67 per hour.
