Key Responsibilities
- Install voice/data cabling
- Terminate jacks and panels
- Test connections using Fluke testing equipment
- Maintain cable management
- Document installations
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of structured cabling standards and termination techniques
- Proficiency with cable installation and proper documentation
- BICSI Installer 1 certification preferred
- OSHA-10 required
- Knowledge of TIA/EIA standards, cable management, and labeling conventions
- Valid driver’s license
- 1-5 years of experience required for Voice Data work in commercial settings
