As a Retail Junior Project Manager at TEC Electric, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of commercial projects. You will work closely with senior project managers, assisting with project coordination, scheduling, and resource management to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Essential Functions

• Assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of commercial electrical projects.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Support senior project managers in scheduling and monitoring project timelines.
• Conduct code analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Utilize project management software for tracking project progress and generating reports.
• Assist in preparing project estimates and budgets using estimating tools.
• Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on all project sites.

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of electrical experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Valid electrical license for Florida.
• Proficiency in code analysis and project management software.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting, standing, and working in various environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and regulations in the electrical industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience with estimating tools and techniques.
• Prior experience in managing or supporting commercial projects.

Location & Schedule

• Primary location: St. Petersburg, FL.
• Neighboring cities include Clearwater, Largo, Pinellas Park, and Tampa.
• Schedule: Full-time position with typical business hours and potential for occasional overtime based on project needs.
