Automation Controls Specialist at Swan Electrical Systems

Hey there! We’re Swan Electrical Systems and we’re on a mission to find an exceptional Automation Controls Specialist to join our family. Located in the heart of Irving, TX, surrounded by the bustling cities of Dallas, Fort Worth, and Arlington, we’re looking for someone who’s a pro with multiple PLC platforms like Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Omron, knows their way around robotics integration, and is a whizz with motion control systems. If you happen to be a certified Universal Robotics and FANUC robotics specialist, with OSHA-30 and PMMI Mechatronics certifications under your belt, you might just be the one we’re looking for.

Required Experience

We need someone with at least 8 years of experience as an Automation Controls Specialist. You should also be proficient in:

• AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, and panel design
• Servo systems, vision systems, as well as industrial safety systems (Safety PLC)

We’d also be super impressed if you have experience with:

• Robot cell commissioning
• Automation system deployments

Remember, this role requires 60-80% travel for assignments related to robot cell commissioning and automation system deployments.

Salary and Benefits
