Staley Technologies is seeking a skilled Data Center Rack & Stack Technician for our operations in Seattle, WA. This role involves ensuring seamless integration and management of critical infrastructure for telecom providers, content delivery networks, and IoT services in the Seattle region.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment in data center racks.
• Implement proper labeling and cable management for all IT hardware.
• Monitor environmental conditions using advanced DCIM software and hardware.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of PDUs and other equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize rack space and power usage.
• Document processes and update inventory management systems.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in data center operations or similar environments.
• Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) certification.
• CompTIA Server+ certification.
• Proficiency in environmental monitoring and the use of DCIM software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in cable management systems.
• Experience in managing PDUs and other power distribution systems.
• Experience in agile environments serving telecom providers and IoT services.
