Data Center Rack & Stack Technician Staley Technologies is seeking an experienced Data Center Rack & Stack Technician to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. This role involves working in a colocation facility environment, catering to managed service providers, enterprise clients, and cloud service providers. As part of our 10+ person regional team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our data center equipment through expert installation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute installation, cabling, and maintenance of server racks and network equipment.
• Perform routine checks and environmental monitoring to maintain system integrity.
• Manage and organize cable systems efficiently for optimal data flow and reduced downtime.
• Utilize DCIM software for effective data center infrastructure management.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support the continuous operation of local and remote sites.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
• Regular travel to major cities within the region to support various client sites.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience within a data center or network operations environment.
• Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCDP).
• Data Center Certified Associate (DCCA).
• Proficiency with PDUs, cable management systems, and environmental monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA Server+ Certification.
• Advanced understanding and experience with modern data center operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
