Overview
As a Fire Alarm Project Manager at Koorsen, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Fire Alarm projects. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and client expectations. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining Koorsen’s reputation for excellence in fire protection services.
Essential Functions
- Lead and manage Fire Alarm projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and technicians to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70 and NFPA 1042 standards.
- Utilize Fire Alarm Testing Equipment and Fire Alarm Design Software for project execution.
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of Fire Alarm systems using Fire Alarm Installation Tools.
- Conduct site visits to Commercial Buildings, Healthcare Facilities, and Educational Institutions to assess project progress and quality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of electrical experience.
- Valid electrical license for CA.
- Proficiency with Fire Alarm Testing Equipment and Fire Alarm Design Software.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Fire Alarm Installation Tools.
- Proven track record of managing Fire Alarm projects.
Location & Schedule
- Primary location: Los Angeles, CA.
- Neighboring cities: Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Inglewood, Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena.
- Schedule: Full-time.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $47.71-$57.43 per hour.
