Position Overview: Security Technician Level 3

We are looking for experienced Security Technicians to join our team and play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and programming advanced security systems, including access control and CCTV solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex security systems, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to assess and meet project requirements effectively.
• Develop detailed work plans for installations, coordinating resources and scheduling tasks efficiently.
• Provide on-site technical support and problem-solving for access control and surveillance systems.
• Adhere to industry safety standards and best practices during all project phases.
• Manage project financials, including time tracking, invoicing, and expense reporting.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to deliver reliable security solutions.
• Assist project leads with technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform site assessments and oversee the testing and deployment of security equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-7 years in security systems installation, programming, and maintenance.
• Education: Technical certification or degree in electronics or a related field.
• Skills: Proven ability to manage complex workflows and resources in a technical setting.
• Certifications: Must have relevant certifications, including Lenel, Genetec, Software House, and Avigilon.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools and software used for security system integration.
• Physical Requirements: Capable of performing physical tasks related to installation and maintenance.
