• Utilize Estimating Tools and Design Software to assess project costs and design requirements effectively.
• Conduct thorough Code Analysis to ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to company safety standards.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of electrical experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Valid electrical license for the state of Colorado.
• Proficiency with Estimating Tools and Design Software.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the job, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• CAPM certification.
• Experience with Code Analysis.
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial projects, particularly in healthcare settings.
