Overview of Fire Protection Electrical Project Manager Role

As a Fire Protection Electrical Project Manager at Prime Partners, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing Fire Alarm projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and completion. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Essential Functions

• Lead and manage Fire Alarm projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct detailed code analysis and utilize estimating tools to develop accurate project plans and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize project management software to track project progress, manage schedules, and report on project status.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of electrical experience, specifically in fire protection systems.
• Valid electrical license for the state of California.
• Proven experience with code analysis and estimating tools.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting, standing, and working in various environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in fire protection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or similar tools.
• Previous experience managing Fire Alarm projects in commercial, healthcare, or educational settings.

Location & Schedule

• Primary location: Bakersfield, CA.
• Neighboring cities include Oildale, Lamont, Shafter, and Arvin.
• Schedule: Full-time
