You’ll also be responsible for installing cable pathways, like conduits and raceways, all while following safety codes and blueprints. Our team is tight-knit, working closely with project managers and clients to hit deadlines and keep quality high. One day you might be setting up for a big corporate client, and the next, you could be helping a smaller business get their network up and running.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To thrive here, you need hands-on experience with structured cabling installations and troubleshooting. You should be comfortable with cable testing, termination, and certification procedures and able to interpret blueprints on active commercial construction sites. While having 2+ years of experience is great, we really value practical skills over formal qualifications.
